- Your service needs will be determined in consultation with you.
- You will be able to access our scheduling system to book in an inspection.
The inspection
- On the day of the inspection we will meet with you prior to beginning (if desired).
- We will tour the house with you, making observations and taking note of any concerns you might have.
- A detailed inspection will be performed, including: meter readings, detailed notes and photographs.
The final report
- A Basic Inspection report, will be provided within 2-3 business days.
- A Comprehensive Inspection includes a preliminary report, which will be provided within 2-3 business days.
- The final Comprehensive Inspection report will be provided 2-3 business days following receipt of lab data.
- A post-inspection consultation is included, to review inspection results and go over recommendations.
