Our Story
Horizon Healthy Home is the culmination of our founder’s journey from debilitating illness to healthy building entrepreneur.
He went through a “mystery” illness in his twenties that would change his life forever. Looking for answers from traditional medicine was a dead end. He knew that in order to heal, he must take take command of his health decisions.
He immersed himself into exploring natural medicine, and incorporating its principles in to his own life. Through this journey, he discovered that the health impact of indoor living environments was often overlooked. Wanting to help himself and others, Horizon Healthy Home was born.

Ian's Story
I had health symptoms that came on suddenly. I was bedridden. My life was turned upside down.
When I sought medical help, there were no answers. Even worse, I was frequently told there wasn’t anything wrong with me.
From this place of hopelessness, I had the realization that I had to do this on my own. This was a turning point in my life.
I began to spend any time I was able, researching health strategies, and then implementing them in my own life. Through this years-long journey, my life was transformed.
One thing that kept coming up again and again was the lack of focus on the indoor living environment and its impact on health.
As I began transforming my own indoor environment, I discovered that many of the products and services I wanted weren’t available in the market.
With this awareness, I set out to start a business where I could help others achieve the same healthy living environment that I had been searching for.
